Info: Defining new chain of command and get the real story from climate change refugees.

Background:

01.) By 2070, at least four million Americans could find themselves at the fringes, living in climates or environments that have become incompatible with survival.
02.)Black, Brown, Asian, and low-income Americans will likely have the hardest time adjusting (financially, resource-wise) to the onslaught of climate change and migration. These are the folks (very generally) that need the most support.
03.)From Rising Sea Levels to Wildfires, Americans coast to coast people will be impacted by the effects of climate change, living in systems where support is inadequate.

Insight: Climate change displacement is a reality that affects many Americans. However, there are two distinct groups: those who have been displaced by climate change, and those who are aware of climate change but have not personally experienced its effects, including displacement.

Challenge: How might we highlight the realities of climate change refugees and get them help they need?

Solution

Vantage Point: an online platform that shares real-time stories of climate emergencies to support those affected, one narrative at a time. Live Prototype.
